The brief for this project was to create a graphic identity based on a UNESCO world heritage site. The idea was to establish a concept based on how a potential visitor will see the site and the stories we wanted to tell about it. For this brief I chose Viñales Valley in Matanzas, Cuba. A site mostly known for the artisanry of their tobacco production and the local’s relationship with the nature arround them. We had to provide 6 different deliverables within multiple mediums so I decided to make a packaging Identity for their cigars along with multiple other print and digital elements in an attempt to capture the feeling of soil, nature and artisnary in a way that felt true to the site.
